I agree with Jeff --- Johnny Fairplay --- Absolutely stayed too long -- and --I didn't like the fact that he was brought back to play again. My Opinion is: Lying about the death or serious illness of a relative back home -- in order to advance yourself in the game -- is not strategy. It's cheating --- of the worst kind. Bringing him back on the show to play again made it seem that the producers of the show approved of his scheme to deceive everyone and they even portrayed him as being clever ---- which was very far from the truth. He was weak --- lacking in character --- and when things got a little difficult he proved to be a coward and he just quit.Mary Anne

I would have to say Richard Hatch! If I had to see his blurred out butt or crotch one more time I was going to snap! What an idiot! He should have never been on the show the freak!Thu, 06 Nov 2008 05:44:53 GMT | kimbo68

I am torn between Johnny and Richard. They were both babies. For a "family show" to allow a grown man to run around naked was pathetic. You lost a devoted viewer on that one. I agree with Mary Anne about what Johnny did. Disgusting!!!!Thu, 06 Nov 2008 06:41:31 GMT | nantolove

If anyone knows the biggest cry baby it would be Jeff. He spends alot of time with them. I agree with Jeff on Johnny Fairplay. That may have been his style of tactics but it was weak. If he had any skills he would not have to resort to such lying, plus, I can't stand quitters. You opt to be on the game, you know the length of time away from home, and you see the effects on others show after show. If you can't hang don't go on the show. Quitters never win, especially a Million dollars, when competing against those who are there to win.Thu, 06 Nov 2008 13:40:52 GMT | Georgia6

RUPERT! RUPERT! RUPERT! I totally agree, I made the same comments about him the entire time he was on the show! Drove me totally insane every time he complained about being picked on. As another Survivor player said "build a bridge and get over it"!Thu, 06 Nov 2008 14:33:12 GMT | mominMA

Richard Hatch and Johnny Fairplay (talk about a misnomer!) tie in my mind for the "Make Them Go Away" award of all Survivor history.Hatch may have lost a lot of future fans -- his behavior made one wonder what the h@#l was going on behind the scenes. It was really offensive to forcibly subject the other competetors to cope with his nakedness, leading even to one allegation of inappropriate behavior during a challenge. He could have single-handedly brought down the show and the other contestants were certifiably mad to vote him the winner.
Johnny Fairplay hit the absolute rock bottom when he lied about his grandmother. Using other contestants as a means to your end may be part of the game, but not using your off-camera friends and family! I, too, wondered what was going on in Survivor's mind to bring him back as an All Star -- lots of more deserving and equally interesting possibilities. It's why I didn't even watch All Stars.

I think it was Boston Rob. He was a cry baby when he and his poor Amber got seperated. There is no way with all the lying he did. I wish he would have gotten kicked off way sooner.Thu, 06 Nov 2008 15:28:37 GMT | threecritters

While I couldn't stand Johnny Fairplay, I think the first time Richard Hatch removed his pants the challenge should have been stopped and asked him to put them back on. If he refused, he should have been tossed off the show. He may be comfortable being a nudist, but he wasn't in a nudist colony or at home, he was with other people who weren't nudists, especially the women, and that was inconsiderate and disrespectful. If I had been there, I would have told him to put them back on and if he refused I would have lost a challenge and voted him off. My real thoughts were to kick him in his naked parts, but I would have been sued! I can't believe he let them go without fire, though he knew how to make one, and that they let him stay till the end and win. Bad behavior shouldn't be rewarded no matter what the ratings are. I'm sure the original intent of the game was totally changed by him from how the game was pitched to the networks. I think Tom the fireman played the game the way it was intended and should be played. It is my favorite season.Thu, 06 Nov 2008 15:31:28 GMT | Independent_Thinker

Definitely Johnny Fairplay. I can't stand that little punk. I cheered when Danny Bonaduce knocked his teeth out. I am glad to hear Jeff didn't want him in Fans Vs Faves.Eliza was another one that I couldn't stand.
On the other hand, I love Rupert.

I think it is a tie between Richard Hatch and Johnny Fairplay...was that his real name...come on!! Richard was a total jerk, and should never had been allowed to win. I agree with Jeff that Johnny should have never been asked to come back.Thu, 06 Nov 2008 16:18:59 GMT | grammatocam

I pick Ace. Reading his bio prior to this season I spotted a snake. He didn't add anything to the show. He was a posser. He gave the appearance of being athletic. He wasn't. In his bio and his screen time he was completely convienced he as manipulative, subtle and in control. He wasn't. He thought he had Sugar fooled. He didn't; most defininatley didn't. On paper and through editing the guy was a star. He was a dud. I vote that Ace was on fair too long. And he wasn't on that long.Thu, 06 Nov 2008 16:23:58 GMT | Romanoi
