Embattled former UFC champ Rampage Jackson was picked up by the police and brought to a hospital for a mental evaluation on Thursday.
One day after a three-mile police chase that led to Jackson's very public arrest for felony evading, reckless driving and hit and run, friends of Rampage told authorities they were "concerned about his behavior and some remarks he was making," Irvine police Lt. Rick Handfield told the Long Beach Press-Telegram.
"Officers spoke to him to evaluate whether he was a danger to himself or others," Handfield said. "He was detained and was taken to an area hospital for mental evaluation."

Well I am going to judge him on his criminal not his mental who cares if he is losing his mind? He still is breaking the law, so if that means I am going to need to "keep your hoods on and tie your nooses" then so be it. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to judge people.

Whatever the reason/(s) that he is having these troubles, I wish him the best. All I can say, is that my family enjoys watching UFC, and appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes along with the sport. It is always nice to see and hear the respect that others have for their opponent before and after the fights. In my opinion, it shows the younger fans what true Sportsmanship is...
