Brenda Is Back! '90210' role call: It's been confirmed that Shannen Doherty is returning, for a few episodes anyway, to Beverly Hills for the spinoff premiering on the CW this fall. Have We 'Lost' A... Now that we know it was Locke in that coffin, will we ever see 'Lost's' enigmatic man of faith again? Producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse told the crowd at Comic-Con that Locke will definitely be back. Other tidbits: Kate will see Sawyer again, Daniel Faraday's notebook will be important in Season 5, as will ageless wonder Richard Alpert. (ABC)
'Dollhouse' in T... Should Joss Whedon ('Buffy') fans be alarmed? His hotly anticipated new series, 'Dollhouse,' starring Eliza Dushku ('Angel'), is re-shooting the pilot. "It definitely has to do with the network and what I presented to them," Whedon admitted in an interview with Comcast.net Editor Tara Bennett at Comic-Con. But Whedon has no worries: "I think I can give them exactly what they want. It will make the show better." 'Dollhouse' premieres on Fox in January 2009. (FOX)

'Heroes' Is Back... Even though Season 2 of 'Heroes' wasn't super, word on the street is that Season 3 will thrill fans--if the season premiere (which was screened at Comic-Con) is any indication. We can't say much, but we find out who shot Nathan, Claire gets a big scare and someone who didn't have powers before gains them. (NBC)
'Heroes' Babe Re... Considering Ali Larter was on the 'Heroes' Comic-Con panel, we wouldn't be too concerned that her powerful split personality Niki/Jessica appeared to be blown to bits in the finale. (NBC)
'Fringe' Alert J.J. Abrams would like you all to know that his new series 'Fringe'--described as 'X-Files' meets 'Indiana Jones'--won't be 'complicated.' After his intricately involved shows 'Alias' and 'Lost,' Abrams explains that for this one, 'You won't have to watch episodes one, two and three to understand episode four." (FOX)
Smits' Killer Ne... Here's the first image of smokin' Jimmy Smits, who joins the cast of 'Dexter' this season as a DA who befriends the serial killer. 'Dexter' premieres Sept. 28th on Showtime. (SHOWTIME)

Geek Love? 'The Big Bang Theory' went out with a bang in May when geek Leonard got to kiss the hottie-next-door Penny (Kaley Cuoco) after she dumped her boyfriend. But star Johnny Galecki recently revealed that things are NOT going to go well for the two this season. (CBS)
'Daisies's Divin... 'Pushing Daisies's Olive the waitress, who has unrequited love for Ned, is off to...a nunnery. And she'll be working with a pig named 'Pigby.' At least Kristin Chenowith got an Emmy nomination this year. (ABC)

Late Night Merry... It's official: Jay Leno is leaving 'The Tonight Show'...and NBC (as he recently told USA Today). His final show date has been announced: May 29, 2009. The changing of the guard occurs quickly, when Conan O'Brien takes over hosting the show the following Monday, June 1. Jimmy Fallon follows when he inherits Conan's 'Late Night,' after a trial run online. (NBC)
Goodbye, Grissom... 'CSI' is losing a third original cast member and this one's a biggie: Gil Grissom makes his exit in Episode 10 this season. CBS is looking for a big-name star to replace William Petersen (who will remain executive producer), and the new character will have the genetic makings of a serial killer. 'Damages' Reels ... The Glenn Close thriller 'Damages' is boosting its already stellar lineup with even more A-listers. William Hurt, Marcia Gay Harden and Timothy Olyphant have all signed on for Season 2. And fans of the show might be glad to know Ted Danson will return as well. (FX)
Braff 'Scrubs' O... It's the show that never dies! Every season seems like its last, but 'Scrubs' just keeps bringing the funny. This year it network-hops over to ABC, and creator Bill Lawrence recently mentioned this is the last season for Zach Braff...but that the show might go on without him. (ABC)
