The music isn't the problem for The Who, from left, Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle, and Keith Moon. But they've had provblems with the where: recent outdoor stadium shows, even when the Who were paired with the Grateful Dead, have fallen far short of selling out.
