'Grey's Anatomy' Bad blood had been brewing on the set of 'Grey's Anatomy' and it came to a head when stars Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey had a backstage blow-up. During the heated exchange, Washington used a homophobic slur in reference to costar T.R. Knight. The fallout, of course, ultimately resulted in Washington being fired from the show. (ABC)
