Stern was charged with six felony counts including conspiracy, unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.

Torn was pulled over by a Connecticut state trooper while driving in the breakdown lane with a Christmas tree tied to the top of his car and arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Torn pleaded guilty to similar charges in 2007 and lost his license to drive in New York state. This mugshot is from that arrest.
