Ryan and Redmond... Ryan O'Neal and son Redmond were arrested on September 17, 2008 after probation officers allegedly found methamphetamine in their house. They were charged with felony drug possession. E! reports that on April 7, 2009, Redmond was charged with a felony count of drug possession after he got caught in possession of what authorities believe was heroin while trying to visit a friend in a Southern California jail the previous weekend. Heather Locklear Heather Locklear was arrested on September 27, 2008 for suspicion of driving under the influence after a paparazzi called in a report of the actress driving erratically. In November, the actress was formally charged with a DUI and will be arraigned in January 2009.

Rip Torn Actor Rip Torn pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges on January 5th, 2009 relating to a December 2008 incident. Torn was pulled over by a Connecticut state trooper while driving in the breakdown lane with a Christmas tree tied to the top of his car and arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Torn pleaded guilty to similar charges in 2007 and lost his license to drive in New York state. This mugshot is from that arrest.
