Heather Locklear Heather Locklear was arrested on September 27, 2008 for suspicion of driving under the influence after a paparazzi called in a report of the actress driving erratically. In November, the actress was formally charged with a DUI and will be arraigned in January 2009.

Rip Torn Actor Rip Torn pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges on January 5th, 2009 relating to a December 2008 incident. Torn was pulled over by a Connecticut state trooper while driving in the breakdown lane with a Christmas tree tied to the top of his car and arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Torn pleaded guilty to similar charges in 2007 and lost his license to drive in New York state. This mugshot is from that arrest.

Dourdan eventually pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and Ecstasy and was sentenced to a mandatory drug treatment program.
