Randy Jackson seems to think so.No, not that Randy, dawg! Perez Hilton reports that Randy is crying foul over his brother's will, claiming that it wasn't possible for him to have signed it in Los Angeles inJuly 2002 as he was in New York at the time, protesting Sony exec's Tommy Mottola.
And Rev. Al Sharpton will testify that MJ was with him in NYC.
Sounds airtight, right?
Perez would've been better served by searching Randy Jackson on the internet, where he might've learned that his recent job history has included odd jobs and occasional work as a mechanic. It's hard not to cast doubt on his claim when it's pretty clear that he's not living the good life on whatever residuals he may be getting from the Jacksons back catalogue, if he's getting any at all.
See some celebs are affected by the bad economy after all!

I am so tired of hearing about Michael Jackson, that is all you see and hear lately, how about focusing on other matters, like children be abducted and killed, the homeless, people losing their homes, people going hungry to me that is important keeping MJ's name in the spotlight is not important, let him rest in peace. It is time for the Jackson family to move forward although it seems it is foremost on their minds only because of the $$$$ factor.Even the his mother was in court "before" Jackson was buried! Please! The kids need consouling not so much the money but yet she used that excuse, "the kids need it". Those poor kids have been through the whole "thrilla" of celebreity - let them be kids and quit using them as little dividends!
They also need to think about the huge debt he left behind and not what they are going to get. Many of the people that he owed also have family and kids they could benefit from returning money that is owed.
We tend to over "glorify" these icons an forget their sordid pasts and the families they injured along the way. Instead we make them "heroes". Boy! Have our standards lowered!

I am very sorry for the Jackson Family's loss, and I know his mother has taken this hard. After all Michael Jackson was her child and as a parent we do not want to see our child put to rest before we are. This is hard for the whole family and why must we keed saying its about the money. Michael is dead and life as the Jackson Family has known is no more. The Jackson family, has taken a hugh loss. Please understand people. Mrs. Jackson has lost her child and no matter what anybody say, he is not coming back. And for the records if MJ did not talk about his brother Randy this is fine but he was still his brother and he has a right to his opinion too. And as for the MJ Kids they will be fine. OK, everybody, breathe. Wisdom requires you to see past the obvious: Everyone of us who is responding to this article aare the persons who need to move on.It is the MEDIA who is voraciously pursuing anything MJ. I am sure Randy doesnt want the 30 sec byte just because of what one you responded about his financial hardship and unemployment! These are real people who have the same challenges in their lives that you do-- former child stars or not. Randy may be the most active Christian among his siblings and thusly, may have had to make that crucial decision to follow Christ no matter where it takes him. Be merciful.
The greatest entertainment in modern history has died under the accusation of murder. It will never go away as long as there is an out of control media and persons like us who respond unadvisedly to these articles. BE WISE!!

I find this so sad and tragic. The poor man gave so much of himself, and had the lowest self-esteem, he was "weird" because he never got to live a normal life!! Now that he's gone he's still not considered a person, and his family seems to care only about the money. Michael never wanted his kids out in the spotlight, and look where they are now. It's unfortunate that the Jackson family and the popularity of MJ's death has caused a media blizz and that people would comment on such a personal case. I think the Jackson family have every right to protect their interest as I am sure MJ would rather make sure his family is provided for than to have snakes in the dark waiting to take advantage of the empire he has created. So everyone on hear need to back off cause they know if it was their family member the would make sure any proceed would go to the family. Well hello everybody. I think we should all ask ourselves, "What if this was me, who lost a "famous" loved one, who was in the "spotlight". How would I react? How would I want people to see my love one. We can always point fingers, when we're not the one in the hot seat. We should always treat others as we would want to be treated. Who are we to judge anyone. As we can see, MONEY is NOT EVERYTHING. Money without peace, is DEATH. I liked Michael. He was a troubled person, like some of us are right now who are responding are. But Michael also did a lot of good things. He blessed a lot of people in some way, he had a big heart. His love for children was deep, a part of his life that he did not get to experience, for whatever reason, I DON'T KNOW. And we as people seem to always shine the light on the bad. But what if that were us. We would want the world to have a little mercy. And I agree, that if the media would focus more on the good he did, then we the public would focus on the good. But we all know that the media "is a job". We don't know if all the bad that was said of Michael was true, we just have an opinion and so does the media. There are two people who know the truth, God and Michael, and Michael is dead. So to us the people, Michael's family, let us love his children enough and just drop it. Let Michael rest in peace under ground and let his children rest in peace on earth. It's so sad that families are fighting over MJs Will. We hear about this because they are in the public eye. I'm sure the Jackson family would like to keep a lid on as much as they can and I'm sure there is more going on behind closed doors. This doesn't only happen in celebrity circles, it happens to us common folk too,and there doesn't have to be millions at stake either.
