Entertainment Weekly's Music Mix reports that Rihanna's new album will be called 'Rated R' and will be available November 23rd. The first single is called 'Russian Roulette,' which may explain her gun tattoos a little bit, and will be streaming at her website today starting at 11:23. That's right now! (Her site is down. Maybe her tech people can talk to Radiohead about how to keep a website afloat when you make a major announcement. Also, posting a snippet of Rihanna's zombie voice singing 'The Wait Is Ova' on repeat isn't exactly the kind of teaser content fans expect nowadays.)

Her follow-up to her 2007 smash, 'Good Girl Gone Bad,' is her first solo work since she was assaulted by Chris Brown last February.
