In response to the controversy surrounding Will.i.am and Perez Hilton, John Mayer tweeted on Monday that Pink had kneed him in the crotch during an altercation that took place outside one of Hollywood’s classiest hotels, according to Popcrunch.

“Last year P!nk kneed me in the nuts outside Chateau Marmont. I was p****** blood for days. Did I make a scene? (sic),” said the singer/songwriter who is known for his soothing melodies and eloquent lyrics.

John may – er, may not -- have actually been assaulted, but it would come as no surprise considering Pink named Mayer her “Most-Hated Celebrity” after the two met at a party in October.

“I got into an argument with him. I don’t believe him as much as he believes him. He said something along the lines of, ‘I only shag really stupid women,’ and I said, ‘I guess they would have to be.’ I don’t get him at all,” said the colorful singer, whose knee was not seriously injured in the heated ordeal.

Though he did not need to be hospitalized after the painful Pink injury which left him peeing red, we can only be certain that Mayer’s body was indeed a wonderland … of pain.
