New Trailer! 'Fame' Lives Forever…and Ever

Now that I’ve watched the second trailer for the “Fame” reboot, I find that I am inspired to rewrite the original theme song, with new lyrics. So here goes:
Jazz hands, cropped shirt, nerdy girl
Kelsey Grammer says you’re talented, so give it a whirl!
And look there’s Lilith too
She’ll tell you what to do
Questionable teenage cabaret
Back flip your blues away!
My mom is to blame!
Fame!
Remakes will live forever
Even if they’re sort of lame
Lame!
It’s just a rough draft... Watch the trailer below and let me know what you think. You can be honest, but please don’t go all Mrs. Sherwood on me.
What do you think? Does the new "Fame" look better than the original? Click here to comment.

The trailer doesn't reveal enough for an accurate comparison. I will say though--I still lean toward the original as my preference. In other words: show me more, and maybe then I could be swayed your way. Having said that: I'm not pulled in by the trailer at all--I haven't much interest in seeing this remake. You've "got a long row to hoe" to convince me.Thu, 18 Jun 2009 20:56:44 GMT | GmaJoan

I agree with GMAJoan in reference to making a clear comparison. There is not enough available on the trailer. However, I think, overall that this movie will only appeal to a very small audience. Those who love for the arts and theater who also have a love the original film and television show. Good luck!!Thu, 18 Jun 2009 22:23:23 GMT | desiv

Why do people insist on remaking movies when there is nothing wrong with the original.Sun, 27 Sep 2009 10:19:22 GMT | ussreliant2
